Legal identification of the company

In accordance with the provisions in article 10 of the 34/2002 Act, of 11 July, on the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, it is affirmed that Perfumes y Diseño Comercial, Ltd., with V.A.T no. B-81061616 was incorporated on the date of November 22, 1994, under the name of Perfumes JP España. S.L. entered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, Volume 8.986 of the Companies Book, book 0, Folio 60, section 8, Page M-144571, 1st.Entry. Domiciled at Isla de Java, 33 - 28034 Madrid.

Data protection policy

By means of this notice, PERFUMES Y DISEÑO COMERCIAL,S.L.(hereinafter, Perfumes y Diseño) informs the users of the web site about its Personal Data Protection Policy, with the purpose of them freely and voluntarily deciding whether to provide Perfumes y Diseño with the personal data that may be requested from them on the web site.

Perfumes y Diseño reserves the right to modify its Data Protection Policy in accordance with its criterion, or due to a legislative or jurisprudential change, or to a change in business practice. Such modifications will be published on this site, providing Perfumes y Diseño with the necessary resources when the user gains access to read the same. In any event, the relationship with the users will be governed by the rules set out at the exact moment they access the web site.

Pursuant to the terms set out in section 5 of the Statutory Act 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, the following matters are reported:

a) Existence and Ownership of the File

The personal data that you furnish to us as a consequence of your registration as a user in any of the services that are provided through this web site will be the subject of computerised processing and they will be incorporated into a database called Perfumes y Diseño, duly entered in the Data Protection Agency Register, whose supervisor and holder is the entity Perfumes y Diseño Comercial,S.L., a company of Spanish nationality, owner of the web site www.pyd.es, with company registered office at C/ Isla de Java, 33 - 28034 Madrid, and electronic mail address pyd@pyd.es.

The sending of the form/s included on this site will imply the express and unequivocal consent of the user for the computerised processing of his data of a personal nature in accordance with this Policy.

b) Purpose of the gathering of data

The purpose of the gathering and processing of the data is: the provision of services consisting of the periodic sending of news, press releases or product information; the administration and improvement of the offer of services that Perfumes y Diseño may provide to the user; the study of the type of services provided and the designing of new services based upon the preferences of the users; the sending of updates about the services as well as the sending, by traditional and electronic means, of technical, commercial and explanatory information about products and services offered by Perfumes y Diseño or its Group companies and any other information that Perfumes y Diseño considers to be of interest to its users.

c) Recipients of the information and assigning of data

The sending of the forms included on the site will imply the express consent of the user for the assigning of his data of a personal nature contained in the computerised file, to the companies of the Perfumes y Diseño Group, and this is fort the same purposes that have been stated for the compilation of personal data by Perfumes y Diseño, in relation to its respective products and services. In the same manner, the user consents to the assigning of his data to those other entities to which it may be necessary to assign data for the provision of the service requested by the user or for the undertaking of the uses that the same authorises.

The User will be able, at any time, to object to any and all of the aforementioned assignments by means of the exercising of this right to the postal and electronic addresses detailed hereinbelow.

Any other assignment of the personal data of the users to third parties will be notified in advance to the persons concerned in the Personal Data compilation forms, together with the identification of the company that assigns them and said third party, the type of activities it is involved in and the purpose for which the assignment is made.

In assignments to third parties with domicile overseas, Perfumes y Diseño will, as applicable, guarantee the maintaining of the confidentiality and the secure processing of the Personal Data in the international movements whose origin lies in the assignments that may be carried out, as well as compliance with the legislation in force, making all of the communications necessary for this purpose and, if necessary, requesting the pertinent authorisation from the Manager of the Data Protection Agency.

d) Obligatory or optional nature of your answers and consequences of the obtaining of the data or refusal to supply them.

The fields of the forms that have an asterisk placed in them are obligatory and these are considered necessary in order to provide the service requested in such a manner that, should all of the necessary forms not be filled in, Perfumes y Diseño will not be able to provide the user with the particular service that the site offers.

In the fields where the absence of an asterisk means the contrary, the answers to the questions about Personal Data are voluntary, without the failure to answer meaning a reduction in the quality or quantity of the corresponding services.

e) Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition:

The user, and the person who represents him, as applicable, will be able to exercise his right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in accordance with the terms set out in the Statutory Act 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature and other regulations applicable for this purpose, by means of a written and signed request sent to:

Said request will contain the following data: name and surnames of the user, full address for the purposes of notifications, photocopy of the National Identity Document or Passport, and statements as to what the request concerns. In the case of representation, this must be proven by means of a due document.

f) Security Measures

Perfumes y Diseño has adopted the security measures for the protection of personal data that are legally required; it has adopted the technical and organisational measures required by the Royal 1720/2007 of December 21, the Regulations on security measures for computerised files that contain data of a personal nature, and it has installed all of the technical measures and means within its scope in order to prevent the loss, improper usage, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data provided on the site. Nevertheless, the user is aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

g) Processing supervisor

Perfumes y Diseño has contractually regulated the use and confidentiality of the personal data with the companies with which it has contracted any modality for the processing of personal data.
