Group PyD participates in the negotiations of the collective agreement for the perfumery sector
This year, the negotiation of the Collective Agreement for the perfumery and cosmetics includes the participation of Perfumes y Diseño.
This time, 40% of the negotiating group is made up of women who represent the large number of women employed in this sector. STANPA (National Perfumery and Cosmetics Association) together with a wide range of SMEs and family businesses that produce and distribute perfumes, cosmetics and personal care products in Spain, are negotiating the agreement with the trade unions UGT and CCOO to establish the working and productivity conditions and the obligations that each of the parties undertake.
The negotiations started at the beginning of the year and are still ongoing. The results will help to maintain growth in the sector and will improve the competitiveness of the businesses.
