IN HOUSE TRAINING
Helene, who is part of the training team has adapted to this new situation and has done everything on her hand to continue training our sales team: ECI, Promotoras and DUFRY who found themselves, in the middle of the pandemic without their main tools: The store and the human contact.
Despite all the adverse situations they knew how to adapt to new technologies, with determination, interest and the commitment that characterizes them. Definitely this experience has shown every one of us very positive things.
Training was done with group sessions where we had employees from ECI, Promotoras and Dufry. They came together to get to know each other, to share and to exchange experiences about the reality that each of them were experiencing.
Every two days training sessions were dedicated to a brand (own or distributed), taking turns, rotating schedules, and groups. With a clear and continuous feedback for trainers.
Their main tolls: Teams, House Party, WhatsApp and calls between colleagues. As they had it all, they even had technical problems and some difficulties, but at the end, they were always looking for the best way to work, in a good environment motivated and with good results.
Enriching sessions, where they had a great capacity for listening, flexibility, and participation. An experience in every sense, where the main purpose was achieved, which was none other than to learn and be together spite the difficult situation we lived.
